FAQ's

Within the first 24-48 hours:
  •   Avoid any activities that will cause sweating (exercise, intimacy, sauna/steam rooms)
  •   Sweat can seep into open pores, causing irritation such as breakouts, clogged pores.
  • Avoid swimming, baths, hot tubs 
  • Avoid applying deodorant or make-up for the remainder of the day 
  • Keep the area clean and moisturized 

  • Begin exfoliating the area 48-72 hours after waxing and continue exfoliating 2-3             times a week.

Week 1-3 after wax:

 •  EXFOLIATE EXFOLIATE!

 •  When working out make sure to wash wax area asap so bacteria doesn't enter the pores.

  • Use products as waxer instructed. ( products instructions listed below)

 Hair must be about a quarter of an inch long, or you are able to pull it with your finger tips. 

Absolutely, but keep in mind that the area can be more sensitive than usual and we ask that you have a clean tampon in during your service. 

 It all depends on your tolerance for pain. Keep in mind that the hair is being removed from the root but we will definitely do our best to make you as comfortable as possible. 
 

Of course. It is perfectly safe to wax during pregnancy, but please keep in mind that with the hormonal changes your body is going through, you may experience more sensitivity to waxing. Please consult with your doctor if you have further concerns. 
 

We suggest exfoliating at least 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Avoid caffeine or alcohol prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are concerned about the level of pain, please take Ibuprofen/Tylenol at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Avoid tight clothing to prevent skin irritation.

  •  Bumps and redness can occur due to the hair being removed from the root. 
 •  Ingrown hairs are possible if after care is not properly followed. (for further concerns, contact your wax specialist)
 •  For first time guests, there may be more sensitivity to the skin due to the hair removal process. This gets better with time if you come at the recommended frequency. 

 •  Facial Services/Underarms; 2-3 weeks

 •  Body Services/Bikini Services: 3-4 weeks 
•  Depending on your hair growth cycle, the frequency can vary. (this can be determined by your wax specialist)

We have an 8 minute late policy. Please text if you believe you are running 5 minutes late. If you reach the 8-minute mark, you will be considered as a no-show and may have to be rescheduled for a different time or day. 

No show policy will be strictly enforce starting November 1st, 2020.
We understand things happen, to avoid the appointment cancellation fee, all appointment cancellations MUST be done 24 hours prior. 
First Time Guest will no longer be eligible for 50% First-Time Guest offer.
Returning Guest will be charged Full Price of the total service amount at your next appointment.
Membership Guest will lose a visit from membership package.

Same Day policy will be strictly enforce starting November 1st, 2020.

Returning Guest will be charged 30% of the total service amount. (Returning Guest EX. Brazilian $15.60)

Membership Guest will have to lose visit from membership package or can choose to pay full price on next visit.

Please inform your waxer if you are taking any acne medication.

Topical Creams ? must stop using 7 days before and after waxing. (Differin, Retin-A, etc)
Oral Pills ? must stop taking medication 6 months prior to waxing. (Tetracycline, Accuntane, etc)

We must have parental consent for clients who are 17 years old or younger.
